Actor, theatrical agent
Howard Pays, a former actor who became one of London’s most prominent theatrical agents and the father of actress Amanda Pays, died April 12 at his home in Hampshire, England, after a short bout with cancer. He was 74.
After serving in the British armed services, he launched his acting career in 1955 in the TV series “Sixpenny Corner,” where he met actress Jan Miller, whom he later married.
Additional acting credits included “A Night to Remember,” “Urge to Kill” and “Attack on the Iron Coast.”
