Those who dare can also step into the Rogue’s Gallery, described as a “dark and mysterious space” playing homage to a Who’s Who of some of Batman’s fiercest foes. Guests will be able to get up close and personal with costumes and weapons including Uma Thurman’s Poison Ivy ensemble, Margot Robbie’s Harley Quinn costume, Jim Carrey’s Riddler outfit and Arnold Schwarzenegger’s Mr. Freeze suit.
Joaquin Phoenix’s suit from “Joker” and the infamous nurse’s uniform worn by Heath Ledger in “The Dark Knight” will also be on display.
There will also be activities and photo ops for younger fans, with the experience ending in a comic book and gaming area. Exclusive merch and 85 anniversary items will also be available.
The Manchester experience, which will take place at Depot Mayfield, will open on July 16 followed by London’s Covent Garden on Sept. 6 through to Nov. 3. Tickets are available at batmanexhibition.com.
The exhibition dovetails with the 85th anniversary of Batman this year as well as Batman Day, which takes place on Sept. 21.
